Data controller

The data controller is Infinity Edge Srl with operational headquarters in Via E. Gianturco n.1, Rome, in the person of the Legal Representative.

Quantum Leap is the division of Infinity Edge Srl that deals with Technology Transfer and Open Innovation.

Infinity Edge Srl hereafter the Company will be defined.

The use of the data collected

User Data is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: User Contact, Interaction with external social networks and platforms, Registration and authentication, Access to accounts on third party services, Management of payments, Infrastructure monitoring, Address management and sending of email messages, Statistics, Display of content from external platforms, Business affiliation, Interaction with support, feedback and live chat platforms, User database management, Request management support.

Types of data

Among the Personal Data collected by the Company website, independently or through third parties, there are: Cookies, Usage data, Password, Name, Surname, Email, Company, Telephone numbers.

Furthermore, all the data necessary to provide the services covered by the contract between the User and the Owner are processed. Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be processed with the physical and digital tools useful for the realization of the requested service (e.g. management and billing software, CMS and other tools).

Mode of treatment

The Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.

The treatment is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of the Company (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, may have access to the Data). hosting provider, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of Managers can always be requested from the Data Controller.

Contact Form

In the pages of the site there are contact forms. The purposes and type of data collected through the contact forms are explained in the forms themselves. The data that the User decides to send through these forms remain stored in the e-mail, in the database of the site and in the backups and on Drive, in the case of use of Google Forms. If expressly requested by the User at the time of filling in the form contact, the data will be entered in the Quantum Leap mailing list (see the Newsletter item).

Social Media

We use social media as a means of contacting users and to present our business.

Our use of social media is highlighted on the Company's websites. For example, you can watch videos that are uploaded to our YouTube pages and follow links to and from our Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Each social media channel has its own reference privacy policy valid for the personal data process once you proceed on their websites. For example, if you choose to watch one of our videos on YouTube, the reference privacy policy is that of YouTube; if you browse our Twitter business on Twitter, you will need to accept Twitter's privacy policy, the same for LinkedIn or Facebook.

Newsletter

Our group's newsletter is managed with the MailPoet plugin via the WordPress site, on which contact data is stored (also outside the European Union). Our mailing lists are backed up periodically, stored in compliance with the rules in force, with tools such as Drive and CRM.

Notifications containing contact details may be sent to us via email, managed with Thunderbird, Outlook or Gmail.

Navigation analysis

For statistical purposes and to improve the functionality of the site, Google Analytics is used.

Google Analytics is set up so that IP addresses are anonymized, therefore it is not possible to trace the navigation of a specific user, but is used only to analyze aggregated data.

The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie on the use of the website is transmitted to Google and stored on servers in the United States.

Log System and Maintenance

For needs related to operation and maintenance, the Quantum Leap site and any third party services used by it may collect system logs, i.e. files that record the interactions and which may also contain Personal Data, such as the User IP address.

Legal basis of the processing

The Holder processes Personal Data relating to the User in the event one of the following conditions exists:

  • the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes;
  • the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User and / or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
  • the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
  • the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the exercise of public authority vested in the Holder;
  • the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the owner or third parties.

In any case, it is always possible to ask the Owner to clarify the concrete legal basis of each treatment and in particular to specify whether the treatment is based on the law, foreseen by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.

Location

The Data are processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For more information, contact the owner.

The User's Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than that in which the User is located. To obtain further information on the processing site, the User can refer to the section concerning the processing of Personal Data.

You have the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for the transfer of Data outside the European Union or to an international organization of public international law or consisting of two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as regarding the security measures taken by the Data Controller to protect the Data.

Retention period

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the execution of the contract is completed.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is met. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Owner in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.

When the processing is based on the consent of the User, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or an order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

How to exercise the rights

At any time it will be possible to request free verification, cancellation, modification of your data, or receive the list of persons in charge of processing, by writing an email to segreteria@infinityedge.it. The requests will be processed by the owner as soon as possible, in any case within a month.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving information to Users on this page and, if technically and legally feasible, by sending a notification to Users through one of the contact details of which the Owner.
